What Will I Be Doing as an B2B Account Representative (Entry Level)?

  • Present AT&T’s B2B offerings, including business internet, voice solutions, and mobility services.
  • Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and fit with AT&T’s solutions, ensuring high-value prospects.
  • Schedule and facilitate follow-ups for senior sales specialists to deepen client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate client records, insights, and sales pipeline updates within CRM systems.
  • Engage in daily and weekly training on products, sales strategies, and advanced communication.
