Overview of the Collections Specialist Role:

As a Collections Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our stellar financial standing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client follow-up for outstanding accounts
• Assisting clients with the payment process; recording and reviewing payments from past-due accounts
• Working within an in-house CRM database to generate letters, notices, and schedules of contact

Preferred Qualifications for the Collections Specialist:

• Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls
• Proficient and professional on the phone
• Team-oriented and motivated to make an impact on the financial success of the company
• B2B Collections experience a PLUS
• Call-center backgrounds looking to make the transition to an accounting career are HIGHLY DESIRED.
