Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Chicago, IL
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus

Our client, a well-established organization in the Chicago area, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. This role offers high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to contribute directly to strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning

• Analyze financial and operational performance, delivering insights to leadership to drive improvements

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for senior management

• Partner with business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives and investment opportunities

• Conduct variance analysis, profitability studies, and scenario modeling

• Support accurate and timely financial reporting processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 4-5 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong mix of public accounting and corporate finance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present data-driven insights

• Advanced Excel proficiency; ERP and financial reporting system experience a plus

• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across all levels of the business
