Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring seamless coordination across service delivery, and client communication.
•  Responsible for passive recruitment: Find potential candidates through networking and referrals.
• Work closely with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs and develop staffing strategies.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our services according to the client needs.
• Deal with contractor relation issues if/when they arise.
• Work closely with our internal teams to ensure all client expectations and companywide goals are being met.
• Track key account metrics and work with internal teams to meet expectations.
• Update and maintain client information in accordance with company standards.
• Note: This is not an HR or recruiting role. It centers on managing client accounts, coordinating service delivery, and building long-term relationships with external partners.

Requirements

• 2 – 6 years’ experience working within the staffing industry is required
• MUST be comfortable working onsite at our client’s site, in Austin, TX,  4-5 days per week.
• Must be friendly, personable, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and/or dealing with employee relation issues is a strong plus.
