Our client is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support workforce planning and scheduling across multiple departments, such as spa, activities, and guest services. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, payroll knowledge, and the ability to work independently once trained.

Overview of the Payroll Analyst Role:

• Review and analyze staffing metrics across departments to ensure appropriate coverage.

• Develop, refine, and implement payroll and workforce metrics, creating new reporting tools where needed.

• Partner with department managers to align scheduling with payroll accuracy, operational needs, and budget goals.

• Prepare staffing forecasts and schedules based on historical data, seasonal patterns, and business levels.

• Use Excel to organize, analyze, and present payroll and staffing data for decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Analyst Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in payroll analysis, workforce management, or financial analysis.

• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.

• Workforce Management system experience is a strong plus.

• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to translate payroll and staffing data into actionable recommendations.
