We're partnering with a well-established company backed by more than 50 years of success - and they're adding a dedicated Full-Charge Bookkeeper to support their expanding financial operations.

What You'll Do:

As the Bookkeeper, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day financial functions that support the company's growth and stability.

• Record and process transactions and payroll

• Generate invoices and manage payment processing

• Reconcile accounts and prepare routine financial reports

• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online

• Assist with general accounting tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ERP systems - including navigation, customization, and reporting

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Strong data entry and account reconciliation skills

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
