Financial Planning and Analysis Lead responsibilities:

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business P&Ls, providing actionable insights to support strategic growth initiatives.
• FP&A will lead the budget and forecasting process, build cash flow models, and identify emerging trends through comprehensive financial analysis.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CFO, offering financial guidance, recommendations, and best practices.

Financial Planning and Analysist Lead Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Expertise in financial modeling, data validation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and presentation skills.
