What a Manager Trainee's Role Entails:

• Lead customer interactions and sales presentations, showcasing our services and building lasting client relationships.

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and renewal.

• Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding personal and team targets for Verizon Wireless products and services.

• Recruit, train, and mentor new team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market reach and grow the business.

• Oversee daily operations and team activities, ensuring all goals and objectives are met efficiently.

• Collaborate with other Management Associates and senior management on forecasting, market analysis, and long-term business strategy.
