Trailer Assembly Lead

Job Duties:

• Planning, organizing, and directing workers to ensure that products are being made in a timely and efficient manner.

• Assisting production supervisor in overseeing the kettle, pickle, weigh out or other operational areas.

• Directing personnel on work assignments within a group based upon management’s recommendations.

• Making adjustments to production schedules as needed.

• Providing guidance, instruction and direction to employees.

• Assigning proper jobs to staff.

• Ensuring smooth transition of work and information to alternative shifts.

• Assisting in inventory control.

• Updating required production reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience leading/supervising 5-6 people

$16.00/hr

6:00am-4:30pm
