Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper financial controls and reporting.
• Support external audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
