Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 base salary
Bonus Structure: 40% quarterly bonus + Stock Grant Bonus

★ About the Role

As a Data Market Analyst, you'll maintain and optimize Salesforce's Lightning Platform, supporting data integration, analytics, and reporting across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence strategic decisions at the highest levels.

★ Key Responsibilities

• Partner with IT and business leaders to develop dashboards and analytics tools
• Support data cleansing efforts for legacy systems and institutional databases
• Collaborate with general managers across national platforms to influence strategic initiatives
• Utilize Salesforce (T-CRM, Einstein Analytics), Tableau, and Qlik to manage and analyze data
• Apply marketing insights to improve sales strategy through enhanced data visualization
• Present findings to leadership with clarity and confidence

• Strong Data Management Background - Experienced with data warehouses and analytics tools

★ Preferred Skills & Experience

• Salesforce CRM expertise, including Lightning Flow, workflow rules, and approval processes
• Familiarity with Salesforce SAQL, SQL, and integrating Tableau or Qlik data sources
• Experience with ABI & Dodge metric marketing tools to optimize sales analytics
• Exposure to manufacturing industry data (helpful but not required)
