Interim Controller

About the Company:

• Reports directly to a Director of Finance

Responsibilities:

• Manage month and year end closing procedures including GL, managing data, bank reconciliations, etc.
• Record new transactions
• Support Director of Finance with modernizing initiatives for Accounting department
• Audit support
• Work within Microsoft Excel to ensure data is correct and assist with financial reporting

Experience Preferred:

• 5+ years of Accounting experience, nonprofit a plus, not a must
• Intermediate Excel skills including- v-lookups and pivot tables a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Sage a plus!
• Eager to contribute to a team!
