Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Human Resources Generalist to lead and support core HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships across all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities of our Human Resources Generalist:

• Serve as the primary Human Resources Generalist for talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Provide general HR support to various departments, including employee relations, policy guidance, and compliance
• Actively engage with team members on the production floor and in office settings to foster a positive workplace culture
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Support training initiatives and performance management processes

Human Resources Generalist's Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in a similar HR role
• Working knowledge of ADP systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments is a plus

Location: 100% on-site
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 - depending on experience
