OT Outpatient

**All therapy/rehab traveler start dates will be booked 6 weeks out to provide time to process Marshfield credentialing and onboarding requirements. All travelers will be granted temporary privileges through the Marshfield credentialing team. Marshfield's HR will reach out to the traveler directly alongside our Vaya compliance team throughout the onboarding process to collect these requirements.**

**PT, SLP, & OT placements will be required to submit the following requirements within 1 week of signing - These documents are required for the credentialing application and failure to complete these timely could result in a pushed start date - DOB, SSN, resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, & minimum of 3 references 2 peers and 1 department chair (need name and email address)**

40HPW, 5x8hr Days Mon-Fri 0800-1700
1-2 hours every 4-5th weekend
1st time travelers accepted

Required: 1yr, BLS, WI State License, Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy

Pending license accepted. Must have active WI license prior to start

Job is 50% outpatient & 50% inpatient. We usually have 45 minute blocks for patient care. Inpatient care is variable from 0 to 4 patients. We do have a swing bed program we are expanding. OT peds case is 10-20%. Autism, sensory integration, emotion regulation
