We are partnering with a highly respected private membership organization in Annapolis, MD, to identify a Staff Accountant to join their finance team. What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close

• Assist with financial reporting and support the Controller with special projects

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting best practices

• Partner with internal teams on budget tracking and analysis

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• At least 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player
