As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will represent the complete AT&T service portfolio. The Entry Level Sales Associate will execute customer needs assessments, deliver tailored solution presentations, and manage activation processes using our CRM platform to achieve defined sales objectives.

Core Functions of the Entry Level Sales Associate

• Promote AT&T wireless plans, devices, and connected products through structured outreach in assigned territories.

• Recommend AT&T bundles based on customer usage and service needs.

• Use CRM tools to manage activations, verify eligibility, and ensure accurate documentation.

• Keep CRM records updated with customer interactions, service milestones, and sales activity.

• Resolve basic service and device issues; escalate complex cases to internal teams.

• Stay current on AT&T product updates to provide accurate guidance and support campaign goals.
