Customer Service Trainer (Part-Time, Temp)
$29/hr+ DOE | Fully Onsite + Travel (up to 20%) | Part-Time | Temporary

We are seeking a Customer Service Trainer to support and develop customer service team members. This role focuses on professional etiquette, customer interaction standards, and technical training where needed.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions

• Coach and evaluate employee performance

• Collaborate with leadership to shape training programs

• Travel up to 20% to multiple service sites

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service training, coaching, or instruction

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
