Computer Operator - Full-time

Position Title: Computer Operator/Analyst

Required Skills:

3+ years of IT experience

Ability to monitor production systems and emails and escalate when issues arise

Experience opening and facilitating conference bridges

Exposure to monitoring tools and the ability to learn quickly

Proficient in Microsoft Office

High attention to detail and follow up skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must work well in a team environment

Desired Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing software

Basic experience writing SQL statements and/or performing SQL queries

Experience tracking data files

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for an IT Professional who enjoys monitoring systems, performing basic troubleshooting and escalating issues. This role is with one of the most stable organizations in Columbus that offers an extensive benefit package. Ideal candidates will have exposure to different monitoring tools and be able to pick up new processes and technologies quickly.
