Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other industrial vehicles to move materials and products safely and efficiently.

Load, unload, and stack materials and products in designated areas, including production lines, warehouse racks, and trailers.

Follow safety protocols and company procedures for handling equipment and materials.

Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
-
Accurately track inventory movements using scanners or manual documentation as required.

Support production and shipping/receiving teams with timely delivery of materials.

Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and warehouse organization.

Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
Qualifications
Required:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid forklift operator certification/license (or ability to obtain upon hire).

1+ year of experience operating forklifts or similar equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of safe material handling practices and OSHA safety regulations.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory handling.

Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory tracking.
Preferred:
-
Experience working in a lean manufacturing or high-tech production environment.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools.

Knowledge of automated or semi-automated material handling systems.
