Our Entry Level Account Manager role is designed to give you hands-on experience managing client accounts, building customer relationships, and learning strategies that keep AT&T on top. You’ll start with the basics, master the details, and grow into a leader who can run the show. We believe that leadership is not always innate, but it can be built.
Duties every Account Manager Must Do
- The Account Manager will be the point person for clients, ensuring their needs are met while spotting chances to expand their relationship with us.
- Developing trust and rapport is key; your clients should feel valued and confident you’ve got their back.
- By understanding customer goals, you’ll recommend additional services that add value and drive growth.
- Keeping detailed, up-to-date records helps deliver personalized service and smooth account management.
- Collaborate regularly with sales and outreach teams, as well as fellow Account Managers, to make sure everyone’s efforts complement each other.
- Track key metrics to spot trends, resolve issues, and suggest better ways to meet client needs.
- You’ll be the troubleshooter who handles problems promptly, turning potential issues into positive outcomes.
- Staying informed ensures you can confidently present clients with the best, most current solutions.
