40HPW, 5x8hr Days 0630-1700
Might be asked to stay later as needed

Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in a first assist surgical capacity, BLS, Vocational/technical graduate of a surgical technologist program. CEU's needed to maintain certification.

Preferred: NBSTSA

1st time travelers accepted

Will be utilized as a second assist

Candidate must be flexible

Majority of caseload is adults and geriatrics - May receive peds and adolescents (Examples: casting, seeing a patient in the office)

Total shoulders, triaging problems, surgical draping, dressing changes, suture removal, and answering patient questions required.

Additional skills desired: Patient positioning, clinical orders, casting & splinting
