AP/AR Specialist Responsibilities

As an AP/AR Specialist, you will play a critical role in the financial health of the organization by managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Key responsibilities include:

• Accounts Payable (AP):

  • Receive and process invoices

  • Match payments to invoice numbers

  • Enter and track transactions in QuickBooks

• Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Record incoming payments from multiple revenue streams

AP/AR Specialist Qualifications

• Experience using QuickBooks

• Previous AP/AR Specialist or accounting support experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
