1199 59 day assignment covering FTE LOA. M-F 830a-430p. Masters in Social Work (required). NYS LMSW license (required). Previous hospital Social Work exp (preferred). Good interviewing skills & ability to use good judgment & make decisions quickly (required). Case management exp (preferred). Allscript referral management & transportation setup. Familiar with psychiatric/pediatric population. Familiar w/ EPIC EMR.
