- Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts. 7 AM - 3 PM, Late Room 7 AM - 5 PM
- Case Mix: ortho, Gen, ENdo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals.
- Trauma Level: Level 3 trauma, C-sections and VBACs, 380 deliveries/year.
- # of providers per day: 5
- # of OR's: 5
- Active License
- Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
