Bookstore Coordinator- Hagerstown, MD

About the Company & Overview of the Bookstore Coordinator Role:

• CFS is partnering with a client in the education industry to hire a Bookstore Coordinator on a contract/contract to hire basis
  • This person will act as a one person department and this role can become permanent for the right person
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3pm, 40 hours per week. Position is fully on site in Hagerstown, MD.
  • Potential for weekend work up to 4x per year to assist with events as needed
• Reports to the Campus Director
• Pay: $17-18/hour depending on experience

• Provide great customer service to students and faculty in the store
• Process orders and run cash register
• Maintain bookstore inventory, keep shelves stocked, and ensure cleanliness through the store
• Check in and out student laptops and prepare for next check out
• Move boxes and rearrange bookstore floor and stock room

Qualifications for the Bookstore Coordinator:

• 1+ years' retail/customer service experience required
• Experience with POS systems preferred
• Basic Excel skills required
• Experience in higher education a plus, but not required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and credit check
