Our firm is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and dynamic Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse range of cases, focusing primarily on premises liability. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record of success in this field. Responsibilities

1. Manage a diverse caseload involving premises liability, including slip and fall accidents, inadequate maintenance of premises, and defective conditions on premises.
2. Provide legal advice and representation to clients in court proceedings.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
4. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to determine the facts of the case.
5. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
7. Participate in business development activities, such as networking events and client meetings, to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
8. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal support staff to ensure a high level of client service.

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2.Experience as an attorney, with a focus on premises liability.
3. Admission to the Georgia (GA) state bar.
4. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines and priorities.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and other relevant technology.
