Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans for existing customer accounts and assigned competitively-held accounts

• Collaborate with current and potential customers to identify business needs and recommend innovation and improvement plans

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including plant and facility executives

• Deliver technical support to customers, resolving challenges and escalating when needed

• Conduct system analyses, interpret operational data, and develop written recommendations to optimize customer performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or relevant field experience in industrial water treatment)

• Prior experience in technical sales or field sales support

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations
