H.B. Fuller is hiring a Delivery and Fulfillment Technician to support warehouse operations and product transportation. This role combines inventory handling, equipment operation, and local delivery tasks. Candidates must prioritize safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be assigned to a client distribution center.

Day Shift- 7:00a- 3:00p, Monday- Friday

Rate of Pay: $25.00- $28.00/hr depending on experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and supplies
• Pick, pack, and prepare stock for shipment
• Load/unload trucks and transport goods between facilities
• Operate forklifts and digital warehouse systems
• Monitor equipment and follow lockout/tagout procedures
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and integrity
• Comply with delivery schedules, routes, and safety regulations
• Document driving logs, inspections, and delivery instructions

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• 1+ year experience in warehouse or delivery operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use digital tools (e.g., GPS, inventory systems)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; willing to undergo background/drug screening

Preferred Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial driving experience
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• Experience with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems
• Lean Six Sigma familiarity

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $25.00- $28.00/hr.
