Five Kids, Full/Part time available, Special Needs Experience

We have 5 young children under 15. We are looking for someone who is energetic and comfortable spending time with them, but will not be expected to care for them alone. Our youngest child has autism and is emerging in his communication both verbally and with a device. We are hoping to find someone who is open to learning and being trained on how best to interact with our son. The schedule includes weekday afternoons/early evenings, and weekend days. The schedule would be consistent weekly. We are hoping for someone long term.
