Warehouse Worker - Full-time

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Worker in our Colorado Springs, CO warehouse.  The Warehouse Worker will pull orders, prepare orders for delivery, receive and process warehouse products; may perform other warehouse functions as needed. General Responsibilities Order pulling on a routine basis: Moving food items from storage areas to the shipping pallet Physically pull orders from shelves and load them onto trucks Responsible for keeping products separated, organized and in good rotation Transporting packed items onto the shipping pallet; load onto the delivery truck Perform any combination of receiving, storing and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of product Pulling and preparing store product orders using an electric riding pallet jack, forklift, and hand-truck for delivery Maintain accurate inventory Work Schedule + Benefits Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt) Hours: 11:00am – 9:30pm (Sun-Wed)  (4) days per week, set schedule (Subject to change) Weekend and holiday availability required; Overtime as necessary Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Profit Sharing Plan and 401(k) Plan Free meals on work days Pay Range is $22.00-23.75 per hour  The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED (required) Valid Colorado Driver's License 1-2 years warehouse experience, or Order Puller experience (preferred) 1-2 years experience working in a meat facility, food processing plant, or similar warehouse experience (preferred) Exceptional oral and written communication skills Dependable and Reliable; Excellent time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management Physical Demands/Requirements Ability to lift a minimum of 60-75 lbs.
