Job Summary

The Warehouse Office Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the warehouse. The position is responsible for safe handling, moving, storage, and inventory of alcohol items working collaboratively to deliver high-quality standards of services to our clients.

Primary Job Duties

• Accurately and efficiently picks and packs outbound orders according to schedule.

• Accurately receives and puts away inbound shipments reporting any discrepancies from the inbound paperwork.

• Uses mobile scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory.

• Loads and downloads trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.

• Safely operates and maintains warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and manual and electric pallet jacks.

• Performs cycle counts as required.

• Participates in problem-solving efforts to make the work area more efficient and cleaner.

• Identifies and reports any safety hazards in the workplace.

• Communicates with Managers/Supervisors regarding any issues or concerns that arise regarding work duties.

• Adheres to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company.

• Stays abreast and complies with regulations and protocols for alcohol storage and handling.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Pallet jack and electric pallet jack experience required (1yr minimum).

• Forklift experience preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling, loading, and storing materials.

• Effective communication with coworkers, supervisors, and support staff.

• Basic computer competence.

• RF Scanning is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.
