Location: Onsite role in Cambridge, OH- possible relocation assistance offered
Salary: $110-125K

A well-established manufacturing facility in the Cambridge, OH area is seeking an Assistant Controller.

Role Overview

• Provide main support to the Director of Accounting
• Oversee daily manufacturing accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Lead financial reporting, cost modeling, and variance analysis
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling)
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems
• CPA certification is a strong plus
