Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) has partnered with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to identify a Vice President of Finance. This leader will oversee financial operations and partner with executives to drive fiscal strategy.

Highlights of the Opportunity:

• Base salary $150-175k with comprehensive benefits

• Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days per week onsite in Providence, RI

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning functions

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and nonprofit regulatory requirements

• Lead financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making

• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, with nonprofit experience strongly preferred

• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and audits
