Detail & Facilities Specialist

Position Summary

The Detail & Facilities Specialist is responsible for the cleaning, detailing, and presentation of RVs, ATVs, UTV's and other units, as well as the upkeep and cleanliness of the dealership facilities. This role ensures customers have a great first impression—whether they’re viewing a unit on the lot or walking into the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, and detail RVs, ATVs, and powersports vehicles inside and out.

• Prepare units for customer delivery and showroom/lot display.

• Maintain cleanliness of dealership facilities, including offices, showroom, restrooms, and service areas.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing high-traffic areas.

• Assist with light lot and building maintenance (basic repairs, restocking supplies, etc.).

• Support dealership operations by helping move units when needed.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment used for cleaning and detailing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in detailing, janitorial, or custodial work preferred (not required).

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to keep a clean and professional environment.

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (ability to move units on lot).
