Account Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Solutions department to generate quotes and schedule follow-up conversations
  • Maintain and strengthen profitable client relationships
  • Partner with the Sales team to drive new business and boost sales
  • Serve as a frontline technical resource for best practices and informal client inquiries
  • Manage the onsite onboarding process for new clients
  • Meet with client vCIO prior to TBRs for tangibility calculation and infrastructure changes for assigned clients

Proactive Client Engagement:

  • Conduct regular check-ins via calls and visits
  • Complete onsite visit checklist for client infrastructure updates at least yearly per assigned client
  • Coordinate events and training for clients
  • Arrange and deliver client gifts as appropriate
  • Deliver "new hire packages" to clients when they hire new staff
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve services and relationships
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate and informative records of client interactions and time management
  • Organize and schedule meetings, maintaining a visible and up-to-date calendar
  • Store all client-related documentation in Anchor, Sharepoint, Connectwise or IT Glue, as applicable
  • Maintain assigned client information in AGJ full client list
  • Ensure client satisfaction, particularly with key stakeholders such as CFOs, board members, and council members
  • Prepare and present contract renewals for clients without an assigned vCIO.
  • Complete Technical Business Reviews for clients without an assigned vCIO

  • Ability to identify appropriate technical solutions for client needs
  • Deliver proposals and close sales opportunities
  • Strong track record in developing and managing client relationships
  • Advocate for the client, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • High-energy and results-driven attitude
  • Proficiency in office applications such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and client service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Professional phone etiquette, strong writing skills, and active listening
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under challenging conditions
  • Typing speed of 50 words per minute or higher
  • Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to excel in a fast-moving environment
