Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our highly professional and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a spa-like clinic environment alongside experienced psychiatric nurse practitioners who prescribe medication for a wide range of patients in terms of age and diagnoses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services, including individual and outpatient group sessions.
-Create a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Support the therapy services department, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
- Strive to make continuous improvements to our service offering.
-Share expertise and knowledge to team
- Collaborate with a team of psychiatric nurse practitioners to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with state regulations and clinic standards.
-Participates in all leadership meetings and regularly meets with other staff to address the clinical collaboration on patients and offers professional opinion to assure the highest quality of care reflecting the current standard of practice
-Continues to expand on the latest therapeutic skills necessary to treat children through adult age client
Qualifications:
- Active LCSW license credential in the state of Tennessee.
- Experience in a clinical and supervisory setting preferred.
- Proven track record in developing successful therapy programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in therapy services department.
- Commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care.
