Employee Management: Hire, train, and schedule bar staff; provide ongoing mentorship; ensure a positive and professional work environment.
Event & Activity Curation: Develop and execute creative social hour activities, events, and specials tailored to our guests and community (e.g., themed nights, tastings, live music collaborations).
Revenue Growth: Implement strategies to increase lounge traffic and sales, including promotions, upselling, and collaborating with hotel guest services.
Seasonal Strategy: Adjust operations and offerings in line with Wallace’s seasonal business swings to maximize revenue during peak times and maintain engagement during slower periods.
Customer Experience: Maintain a welcoming and high-quality guest experience at all times.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding alcohol service, health, and safety.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Lead Bartender in a similar environment.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and event days.
Must be 21+ and hold (or be able to obtain) Idaho alcohol service certification.
Preferred But Not Required:
Experience with marketing or social media promotions for bar events.
Familiarity with Wallace’s local culture and community.
Event planning or entertainment booking experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage + tips.
Performance-based bonuses.
