Picasso Restaurant Group is opening our newest café inside the Pavilion at Michigan Medicine, and we are looking for a dependable Kitchen Prep team member to help us deliver fresh, high-quality food to our guests. If you’re organized, hardworking, and enjoy being part of a team, this is a great opportunity for you!

Position: Kitchen Prep
Location: Pavilion at Michigan Medicine – Ann Arbor, MI
Hours: Full-time and part-time available (daytime schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for daily menu items
• Assist cooks and other team members with food prep and setup
• Label, store, and rotate ingredients properly
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
