Education / Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- 2 years related experience and/or training;
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Computer Skills:
- Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Internet, emails and Database software.

Summary: This position supports the Administration/School team by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Acts the first point of contact for students, employees, families and visitors in person and via multi line telephone.
- Manages sensitive and confidential information regarding students and their families.
- Prepares, composes, sorts, and routes mail, faxes, and package deliveries; makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials and scans as needed.
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes address to both internal and outside agencies.
- Prepares and submits reports & organizes and maintains file systems in both paper copies and electronic, files correspondence and other records.
- Communicates with external agencies such as transportation to request status updates in regards to students.
- Coordinates requests for cleaning, repairs, hazard reports, and other maintenance requests.
- Maintains meeting schedules, coordinates use of facilities, and technology needed.
Qualifications
Additional Requirements:
- A valid New York State Driver’s License and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required
- Must have daily access to their own vehicle and drive our students when the program requires it.
- Ability to lift lift up to 30 pounds.
