RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for direct care of our patients

·        Make regular nursing rounds to evaluate resident care and handle routine nursing matters

·        Assist in assessing the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of all residents

·        Inform the physician of any changes and secure follow-up care as necessary

·        Ensure accurate documentation during your shift

·        Maintain and communicated current care plans for all residents

·        Competently perform nursing skills

·        Administer medication and medical treatment according to patient plan and company policy

·        Completes accurate charting, reporting, and progress notes

 

REQUIREMENTS

·        Active and good-standing RN license
