What You’ll Do

• Provide in-home care as directed by the Case Manager
• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) and AIDLs (meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, etc.)
• Drive clients safely to and from medical appointments, errands, and outings (milage reimbursed)
• Monitor and report client condition changes
• Maintain documentation and follow agency policies
• Deliver compassionate, client-centered care

Schedule Options

• 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts
• Morning, evening, and overnight shifts
• Weekend shifts available

• Valid driver’s license  
• Reliable personal vehicle  
• Current auto insurance
