Position Overview:
As a Digital Experience Analyst Intern, you will support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that enhance member engagement across Louisiana Blue’s digital channels. You’ll collaborate with analysts, designers, and internal stakeholders to help deliver user-centered, measurable digital solutions that align with brand standards and business goals.This internship offers hands-on experience in digital strategy, content creation, campaign execution, and user experience design—ideal for students pursuing careers in digital marketing, UX, or healthcare communications.What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the measurement and reporting of research insights, digital engagement metrics, and customer service interactions.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Contribute to survey analysis and post-call feedback reporting using platforms like Qualtrics and CRM.
- Help document and communicate findings through written summaries, presentations, and job aids.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and share insights.
What We Are Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred; 2.5 minimum cumulative GPA.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, user experience, and healthcare innovation.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Qualtrics, Adobe Analytics, CMS platforms, or email campaign software is a plus.
- Experience or coursework in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Interest in customer experience, digital engagement, and data storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
