Are you ready to be the first point of hope for youth and families in crisis? YSS is seeking a Residential Admissions Coordinator to connect young people with life-changing treatment opportunities at our Ember Recovery Campus.

What You’ll Do

Be the Bridge: Field calls from families, referral sources, and agencies — helping them navigate the admissions process with empathy and professionalism.

Make an Impact: Convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and clearly communicating the benefits of our programs.

Ensure Quality: Oversee the admissions process to maintain clinical standards and a seamless client experience.

Collaborate: Partner with clinical staff, insurance providers, and school registrars to ensure every detail is handled before a client arrives.

Support Families in Crisis: Provide calm, compassionate guidance and connect them to the right level of care within YSS or other resources.

What We Ask...

Bachelor’s degree in Counseling or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

2+ years’ experience in human services, behavioral health, or admissions.

Knowledge of addiction, treatment modalities, and behavioral health systems.

Strong customer service and sales skills — you know how to build trust and close the loop.
-
Experience with EMRs and insurance verification a plus.
