Linen Attendant
Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Housekeeping team, the Linen Attendant is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Linen Attendant is responsible for managing and maintaining linen supplies and providing a sufficient supply of clean and high-quality linens for Guest rooms, dining areas, and other relevant spaces.
Position Functions
Essential Functions
• Follow all AAA Four Diamond standards.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of business-related policies and procedures.
• Keep track of linen inventory levels, including bed linens, towels, tablecloths, and napkins.
• Inspect incoming linens for quality, ensuring they meet established standards.
• Regularly restock linen closets and carts to maintain a ready supply for Housekeeping and other departments.
• Regularly inspect linens for wear and tear, stains, and overall quality, removing damaged or worn-out items from circulation.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure that soiled linens are properly sorted, laundered, and returned in a timely manner.
• Respond and deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Effectively communicate with Guests, management, and Team Members.
• Perform duties of Guest Room Attendant as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of cleaning products.
Preferred qualifications:
• 6+ months of cleaning or Linen Attendant experience.
