Full Job Description:
VitalCheck Wellness is recruiting a Pharmacist to administer Covid 19 and Flu vaccines for a private business in Chicago, IL. This role involves direct patient care, efficient vaccine preparation and administration, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Illinois. 
• Current Immunization Certification (e.g., APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery or equivalent, as required by DE regulations).
• Active BLS Certification required.
• Must have minimum experience of 3-5 years administering vaccines. (Experience with Covid and Flu vaccines is preferred).
• Customer service-oriented, able to work independently, have great 'bedside' manner.
• Proficient with computers and documenting in EMR systems.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Focused on delivering patient counseling and vaccine education.
• Prior experience with high-volume vaccinations and fast-paced environments is highly valued.
• Comfortable working independently or with little to no supervision.
• Must bring own laptop/tablet to work.
• Ability to reliable commute to Chicago, IL.
