Job Summary
The Club Host is responsible for ensuring that club guests are welcomed and seated in a timely manner at the Bojangles Entertainment Complex.
Job Responsibilities
- Essential Job Duties
- Greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
- Ensure guests are seated comfortably and in order.
- Distribution of guests across club to ensure equal workloads.
- Maintain waiting list when necessary.
- Must adhere to CRVA policies and procedures.
- Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may consist of nights, weekends and/or holidays.
- Monitor guest arrival and departure.
- Maintain positive client and customer relations.
- Other duties as requested.
- Consistently deliver the best in customer service. Model and be accountable ensuring the customers are always put first by living the CRVA Service Philosophy to deliver memorable customer experiences
- Champion CRVA’s mission, vision and core values and comply with organizations policies and procedures.
Scope of Responsibility
- Works as a team player with club servers to provide a quality customer experience.
Supervisory Responsibility
- No Supervisory responsibility
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one-year related experience and/or training.
Physical Demands
- The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 45 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
Work Environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
