Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass background check
• Must be able to work various shifts including days and evenings or overnights because we operate 24 hours a day
• Some weekend and holiday work will also be required

Responsibilities:

• Actively support the daily living needs of adults with developmental disabilities
• Create an environment that fosters physical, emotional, and social wellness, meeting the unique needs of each individual with empathy and compassion
• Support individuals in expressing their preferences, abilities, and opinions, honoring their choices and promoting self-determination
