Clinical Support Coordinator

Dignity Health Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital is a 104-bed not-for-profit hospital located in Grass Valley, California. Under the direction of the designated Manager or designee, the incumbent assists with the monitoring of the employees assigned to the above units to ensure a safe and secure environment for all who enter Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital. The incumbent also has initial responsibility for the smooth running of the various units in the best interest of patient care. Under general supervision, regularly performs a variety of supervisory and complex duties, as outlined below, involving review or processing which regularly requires the interpretation and application of specialize technical or program knowledge and exercises a high degree of independence, initiative and originality with little day-to-day supervision. May

have access to or be required to distribute drugs, needles or syringes from storage locations, (such as large stock supplies, automated dispensing units and other carts) to/within patient care areas or treatment carts as defined by hospital policy/procedure.

Required:

• 5 years of experience in a health care setting.

• Strong database management experience.

• Preferred

• Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in a health related field or equivalent experience.
