Paraprofessional-SpecEd-FT

Devils Lake Public Schools is currently seeking applications for two Paraprofessionals for PrairieView Elementary. This position follows the school calendar schedule.  This is a full time position and will offer benefits.  

 

Job Goals:

 

Help children develop to their fullest potential.

 

You will be required to use effective communication skills while working with both students and adults within the organizational setting. Be neat in appearance, reliable in work attendance and fulfill district professional growth requirements.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalency and successful completion of WorkKeys test (District will provide) or minimum of two years of college.
• Additional 20 hours of training in Special Ed within the school calendar year.  On-line training modules are supplied by DLPS and certificate will be applied for from the state when completed.
• Successful completion of all required paperwork.
