As the 1115 Waiver Delivery Driver, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

• Ensure the count of hot and cold meals in delivery equipment matches the daily delivery manifest.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisory staff regarding delivery procedures and participant‐specific notes.
• Transport insulated containers and coolers containing meals from the loading dock to personal vehicle in a safe and organized manner.
• Deliver meals to clients’ homes, including navigating stairs and apartment complexes as needed, within the designated time frame.
• Provide minor assistance to participants with physical limitations to help them consume their meals (e.g., open containers, provide utensils), as directed.

 1115 Waiver Delivery Driver Minimum Salary: $16.75 per hour

 1115 Waiver Delivery Driver Maximum Salary: $16.75 per Hour

 1115 Waiver Delivery Driver Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9AM to 1PM (21 hours a week)

Qualifications:

•  High School diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Valid NYS Driver's License
